How To Order
Here you can find out detailed information to make the order process run smoothly. We can also offer you an introduction in words and images as a download.
Step 1: Please select the desired product from our Online Shop. The relevant product description and price list will then be shown.
Click on the "order" button to put the product in the basket. You will now be asked to apply or re-register.
"New here?" Now enter your personal data (the user name and password is freely selectable) and click on "Send registration".
You will again be given an overview of your entered data and the product you have ordered. Please check your delivery address and select the mode of payment. After clicking on "confirm order" you will move to the "data-center" and can print out your order. (We will then send you an order confirmation with an order number to the e-mail address that you gave us).
Step 2: Here you can start your data transmission by upload sofort starten. straight away. Select your file using the "browse" button on you PC an click on "upload".

We will deliver by the date you have requested on condition that our production and transport operations are uninterrupted. Please make sure you always state your order number should you have any questions. |
