Payment
We accept Debit & credit cards for payment. Our online security provides ordering with
maximum security and privacy. Orders are authorized on the day the order is received.

Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 5-7 business days. Fast Track orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Replacement Policy
a) Defective or damaged products may be returned for replacement within 10 days of receipt.
b) Replacement will be made 'in kind' for the original item.
c) Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged products to us can not be reimbursed.
d) We require that you e-mail/telephone for pre-approval prior to returning damaged products for replacement.
Prices
Products are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places
the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone ,fax, e-mail or
letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
